Hostripples - Acceptable Use Policy
Hostripples is dedicated to providing an all round top quality service. The terms and conditions which follow are necessary to ensure that we may continue to provide the best possible service to all of our customers while at the same time satisfying our legal and ethical responsibilities. Failure to follow any term or condition will be grounds for immediate account deactivation without notice. Hostripples will be the sole arbiter as to what constitutes a violation of any of these provisions. Activity which results in the suspension or deactivation of an account will result in a forfeiture of all fees paid. Complaints made regarding abuses of an account will be investigated and if found guilty will be grounds for immediate suspension. To report suspected abuses or any violations of these policies, please contact abuse@Hostripples.com.
Illegal Usage
Hostripples servers may be used for lawful purposes only. Transmission, storage, or distribution of any information, data or material in violation of any applicable law or regulation is prohibited(Any type of compressed file format and Audio/Video files). This includes, but is not limited to: copyrighted material, trademark, trade secret or other intellectual property right used without proper authorization, and material that is obscene, defamatory, constitutes an illegal threat, or violates export control laws. Examples of non-acceptable content or links: Pirated software, Hackers programs or archives, Warez sites, MP3, and IRC bots. The subscriber to Hostripples service agrees to indentify and hold harmless Hostripples from any claims resulting from the use of the service that damages the subscriber or any other party. Hostripples will be the sole arbiter as to what constitutes a violation of this provision.
Adult Content
Legal Adult Content is allowed.
Security
Violations of system or network security are prohibited, and may result in criminal and civil liability. Examples include, but are not limited to the following: Unauthorized access, use, probe, or scan of a systems security or authentication measures, data or traffic. Interference with service to any user, host or network including, without limitation, mail bombing, flooding, deliberate attempts to overload a system and broadcast attacks. Forging of any TCP-IP packet header or any part of the header information in an email or a newsgroup posting.
Server Resource
Any website that uses a high amount of server resources (such as, but not limited to, CPU time, memory usage, and network resources) will be given an option of either paying extra for a dedicated server / semi-dedicated server (which depends on the resource needed) or reducing the resource used to an acceptable level. Hostripples shall be the sole arbiter of what is considered to be a high server usage level.
Chat Rooms
Hostripples does not provide chat room software. You may elect for a Dedicated Server to Run a chat room efficiently.
Background Running Programs
Hostripples does not allow background Daemons such as IRC bots; eggdrop; BitchX; XiRCON; and any other program that interferes with normal server operation. IRC Hostripples does not allow IRC or IRC bots to be operated on our servers.
Backups
Hostripples performs weekly Incremental backups on all servers to ensure critical files are never lost. However Hostripples is NOT responsible for lost data, time, income or any other resource due to faulty backups or non-existent backups. We do not provide backup of suspended accounts OR accounts which are suspended for non-payments. Please always backup your own data for Redundancy. Addition to it due to the high data size and resource consumption while backup process we have limited the automatic backup for account of size from 5GB to 10GB vary from server to server. If customer has account bigger than this, Hostripples do not take any backup of it and its fully responsibility of account owner.
Ideal or irrelevant Backups/File storage
Hostripples performs monthly audit on all servers to ensure that the web space provided under hosting packages are used only for website related data which are directly linked to site. Hostripples do not allow ideal(unlinked/irrelevant data/files) files to store under hosting account. However Hostripples send warning notification to end customer and allow some time to download and delete "Ideal or irrelevant Backups/File storage", Its clients responsibility to get such data removed from server. In case this has not been taken care by customer hostripple team will delete the data forcefully from server without any backup of it, also suspend the hosting package. Any consequences of such action will be customers liability and hostripples will not be responsibile for anything.
Client Responsibility
The client is responsible for all activity originating from the account unless proven to be a victim of outside hacking or address forgery. The client is responsible for securing their username/password. The client assumes responsibility for all material on their site that may be put on by a third party (such as the usage of Free For All links pages). Use of Hostripples's service requires a certain level of knowledge in the use of Internet languages, protocols, and software. This level of knowledge varies depending on the anticipated use and desired content of the web space by the client. The following examples are offered: Web Publishing: requires knowledge of HTML, properly locating and linking documents, FTPing Web contents, Graphics, text, sound, image mapping, etc. FrontPage web publishing: knowledge of the FrontPage tools as well as Telnet and FTP understanding and capability. CGI-Scripts: requires a knowledge of the UNIX environment, TAR & GUNZIP commands, Perl, CShell scripts, permissions, etc. Mail: a use of mail clients to receive and send mail, etc. The client agrees that he or she has the necessary knowledge to create and maintain their web space. Client agrees that it is not the responsibility of Hostripples to provide this knowledge or support outside matter specific to Hostripples servers.
UCE (Unsolicited Commerce Email) - SPAM
Spamming, or the sending of mass unsolicited email, from or through a Hostripples server or using an email address that is maintained on a Hostripples machine is STRICTLY prohibited. Hostripples will be the sole arbiter as to what constitutes a violation of this provision. If you engage in any of the foregoing activities using the service of another ISP or IPP, but channeling activities through a Hostripples server as a maildrop for responses, you are in violation. Violators will be assessed a minimum of $200.00 fine and will face an immediate suspension. See our NO SPAM Policy for more details.
Server abuse
Any attempts to undermine or cause harm to a Hostripples server or customer of Hostripples is strictly prohibited. Any sub-networks of Hostripples and dedicated servers must adhere to the above policies. The failure to meet or follow any of the above guidelines are grounds for account deactivation. We reserve the right to remove any account without prior notice.
Software Distribution
Hostripples's shared Web Hosting accounts are not to be used for the purposes of distributing software and multimedia products. If you wish to distribute software and/or multimedia files, please contact sales@Hostripples.com for a special arrangement.
Multimedia Files
Multimedia files are defined as any graphics, audio, and video files. Hostripples's Web Hosting accounts are not to be used for the purposes of distributing and storing unusual amount of multimedia files. Any Web site whose disk space usage for storing the multimedia files exceed 70% of its total usage, either in terms of total size or number of files, will be deemed to be using unusual amount of multimedia files.
Domain Names
Hostripples will take necessary steps to register domain names on behalf of the client when requested. However, clients are responsible for renewing their domain names. Hostripples does not take responsibility for failing to renew domain names. If your domain name was registered via our company, you must check and take appropriate actions to renew a domain that is about to expire. We do not handle renewals unless specifically asked for by sending a ticket to our helpdesk.
Change In Hosting Domain Name
Hostripples will allow customer to update the associate domain name of the hosting package sign-up with us, Change in domain name will not reflect in any sort of coding part of customer data or database, this is customers responsibility to update the necessary changes required. These changes in domain name of associated hosting package will be allowed 3 times for the same package after that the nominal charges has to pay by customer to make changes in domain name associated with hosting package.
Complicated Migration / Upgrade / Downgrade
Hostripples will do Free Migration/Upgrade/Downgrade unless it does not involve any sort of complication or customization required to complete the migration. Hostripples May apply charges for Migration/Upgrade/Downgrade process charges if its required experts assistance to complete these complex tasks.
Actions Taken by Hostripples
The failure by a customer to meet or follow any of the above policies/terms is grounds for account deactivation. Hostripples will be the sole arbiter as to what constitutes a violation of the AUP. Hostripples reserves the right to remove any account without prior notice. When Hostripples becomes aware of an alleged violation of its AUP, Hostripples will initiate an investigation. During the investigation, Hostripples may restrict a customer's access in order to prevent further potentially unauthorized activity. Depending on the severity of the violation, Hostripples may, at its sole discretion, restrict, suspend, or terminate a customer's web hosting account and/or pursue other civil remedies. If such violation is a criminal offense, Hostripples will notify the appropriate law enforcement authorities of such violation. Hostripples does not issue credits for outages incurred through service disablement resulting from AUP violations. Hostripples customers agree to indemnify and hold harmless Hostripples from any claims resulting from the use of our services that damages them or any other party. The Hostripples service is provided on and as available basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including, but not limited to, warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose or non-infringement. Hostripples expressly disclaims any representation or warranty that the Hostripples service will be error-free, secure or uninterrupted. No oral advice or written information given by Hostripples, its employees, licensors or the like, will create a warranty nor may you rely on any such information or advice. Hostripples and its partners and suppliers will not be liable for any cost or damage arising either directly or indirectly from any transaction or use of the service.
Modification
Hostripples reserves the right to add, delete, or modify any provision of this Policy at any time without notice.
Refusal Of Service
We reserve the right to refuse, cancel, or suspend service at our sole discretion within human reason.
Hostripples-Terms of Service (TOS)
Use of Hostripples's Service constitutes acceptance and agreement to Hostripples's AUP (Acceptable Use Policy) as well as Hostripples's TOS (Terms of Service). From herewith in this TOS, AUP, and SLA, the usage of "us", "we", "our", "ours" shall constitute reference to Hostripples, the usage of "you", "your", "they", "them" shall refer to client / customer of Hostripples.
Acceptance of Contractual Agreement
- Client agrees that by placing an order either by means of electronic ordering (web order form) or submitting a written contract, and receipt of such order by Hostripples, that you are agreeing to our TOS, AUP, and SLA. No Modifications of said contract by customer is allowed.
- Hostripples will provide, and Customer will purchase and pay for, the Services, and service fees specified in the Order for the applicable Service Description. Customer acknowledges that the service, and service fees have been communicated to the customer, and that they are aware of all applicable charges as per contract, AUP, SLA, and TOS. Customer also understands that any promotional offers unless specified in contractual terms will not be applicable to their individual service.
What may NOT be hosted on our network:
- Warez
- IRC
- Child pornography
- Copyrighted media, includes but not limited to: Video, Music, TV, Radio
- Hacking tools / material,Gaming Server (Xen/OpenVZ VPS) though you can host GAME SERVER at our Hostripples.combr
Anything that may harm us, the server, or anyone else (mentally, physically). Network Uptime is the total time in a calendar month that Hostripples network is available through the Internet, provided that Client has established connectivity. Hostripples takes responsibility for Network availability within their network, however, we cannot be held liable for upstream problems, outside of our network. Our guarantee is that our Network will be available to clients free of Network Outages, that render 100% packet loss, 99% of each calendar month.
Network Outages or Unscheduled Downtime is any unplanned or unscheduled interruption in Service availability during which Client is unable to access the services as described in the section titled "Network Uptime" above. A Network Outage is defined as a period in which 100% packet loss to our network is experienced, which is determined to have been caused by a problem in Hostripples's Network as confirmed by Hostripples. Downtime or outages are measured as the total length of time of the unplanned interruption in service availability in a calendar month. Scheduled Downtime is any Hostripples scheduled interruption of Services, for the purpose of network upgrades, or replacement of any equipment in order to provide for you better service. Scheduled downtime occurs during notified downtime periods, with as much advance warning as possible via e-mail with a minimum of 12- 24 hours notice.
SLA Network Violation CreditPerformance Credit exclusions: The following are excluded from the monthly calculation of Service Availability: Scheduled downtime. Problems outside of Hostripples's network (upstream providers, or client's inbound connection) not effecting 100% loss to our network. Interruptions or failure of individual service caused by client, their employees, client's customers, etc. to their service.These include inaccurate configuration, 3rd party software, client abuse or over utilization of resources, hacked servers, attacks, exploits, server hardware failures or other users on server to cause the server to overload which may cause downtime. We will do our best to remove such offenders immediately.
Payments and Fees
Payment is due every 6 or 12 months by credit card or PayPal, an invoice will be raised and can be paid from the Client Area, please note that service may be suspended on accounts that reach due date. Late Fees may be applied on the product depending on the delayed period of the invoice, some product may get higher renewal charges (which might not included in original invoice, as such charges depend on the delayed period of post renewall date. ) such as domain,VPS and Dedicated server. Delayed payment of invoice does not guarantee of renewal of services.
Background Running Programs

Delinquent Accounts
Hostripples may temporarily deny service or terminate this Agreement upon failure of Customer to pay charges when due. Such termination or denial will not relieve Customer of responsibility for the payment of all accrued service fees, or any collection fees.
Account Cancellation
All requests for canceling any service / services must be made in writing with at least 15 days notice but not more than 30 days prior written via email to billing@Hostripples.in include your domain name, last name on credit card in your email.
Refunds and Disputes
All payments to Hostripples are non refundable (unless covered by 30-day Money Back Guarantee). This includes any setup fees and monthly fees regardless of usage. All billing disputes must be reported within 30 days of the time the dispute occurred. Disputed charges to your credit card issuer, also known as charge backs, in Hostripples's discretion which is valid, under the terms and conditions of our SLA, AUP, and TOS, will result in service interruption, and reconnection fees to restore the desired service.

Hostripples seeks to provide the best possible service to its customers and website owners. We understand how important it is to protect your personal information. This document sets out our privacy policy commitment in respect of personal information that you may provide to us. Our Privacy Policy ensures your right to privacy as we recognise that any personal information we may collect about you will only be used for the purposes indicated in our policy. The Hostripples service is provided on an as is, as available basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including, but not limited to, warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose or non-infringement. Hostripples expressly disclaims any representation or warranty that the Hostripples service will be error-free, secure or uninterrupted. No oral advice or written information given by Hostripples, its employees, licensors or the like, will create a warranty; nor may you rely on any such information or advice. Hostripples and its partners and suppliers will not be liable for any cost or damage arising either directly or indirectly from any transaction or use of the service.

This includes, but is not limited to: copyrighted material, trademark, trade secret or other intellectual property right used without proper authorization, and material that is obscene, defamatory, constitutes an illegal threat, or violates export control laws. Examples of non-acceptable content or links: Pirated software, Hackers programs or archives, Warez sites, MP3, and IRC bots. The subscriber to Hostripples service agrees to indentify and hold harmless Hostripples from any claims resulting from the use of the service that damages the subscriber or any other party. Hostripples will be the sole arbiter as to what constitutes a violation of this provision.

Legal Adult Content is allowed.
Security
Violations of system or network security are prohibited, and may result in criminal and civil liability. Examples include, but are not limited to the following: Unauthorized access, use, probe, or scan of a systems security or authentication measures, data or traffic. Interference with service to any user, host or network including, without limitation, mail bombing, flooding, deliberate attempts to overload a system and broadcast attacks. Forging of any TCP-IP packet header or any part of the header information in an email or a newsgroup posting.
Server Resource
Any website that uses a high amount of server resources (such as, but not limited to, CPU time, memory usage, and network resources) will be given an option of either paying extra for a dedicated server / semi-dedicated server (which depends on the resource needed) or reducing the resource used to an acceptable level. Hostripples shall be the sole arbiter of what is considered to be a high server usage level.
Chat Rooms
Hostripples does not provide chat room software. You may elect for a Dedicated Server to Run a chat room efficiently.
Background Running Programs
Hostripples does not allow background Daemons such as IRC bots; eggdrop; BitchX; XiRCON; and any other program that interferes with normal server operation. IRC Hostripples does not allow IRC or IRC bots to be operated on our servers.
Backups
Hostripples performs weekly Incremental backups on all servers to ensure critical files are never lost. However Hostripples is NOT responsible for lost data, time, income or any other resource due to faulty backups or non-existent backups. Please always backup your own data for Redundancy.
Client Responsibility
The client is responsible for all activity originating from the account unless proven to be a victim of outside hacking or address forgery. The client is responsible for securing their username/password. The client assumes responsibility for all material on their site that may be put on by a third party (such as the usage of Free For All links pages). Use of Hostripples's service requires a certain level of knowledge in the use of Internet languages, protocols, and software. This level of knowledge varies depending on the anticipated use and desired content of the web space by the client. The following examples are offered: Web Publishing: requires knowledge of HTML, properly locating and linking documents, FTPing Web contents, Graphics, text, sound, image mapping, etc. FrontPage web publishing: knowledge of the FrontPage tools as well as Telnet and FTP understanding and capability. CGI-Scripts: requires a knowledge of the UNIX environment, TAR & GUNZIP commands, Perl, CShell scripts, permissions, etc. Mail: a use of mail clients to receive and send mail, etc. The client agrees that he or she has the necessary knowledge to create and maintain their web space. Client agrees that it is not the responsibility of Hostripples to provide this knowledge or support outside matter specific to Hostripples servers.
UCE (Unsolicited Commerce Email) - SPAM
Spamming, or the sending of mass unsolicited email, from or through a Hostripples server or using an email address that is maintained on a Hostripples machine is STRICTLY prohibited. Hostripples will be the sole arbiter as to what constitutes a violation of this provision. If you engage in any of the foregoing activities using the service of another ISP or IPP, but channeling activities through a Hostripples server as a maildrop for responses, you are in violation. Violators will be assessed a minimum of $200.00 fine and will face an immediate suspension. See our NO SPAM Policy for more details.
Server abuse
Any attempts to undermine or cause harm to a Hostripples server or customer of Hostripples is strictly prohibited. Any sub-networks of Hostripples and dedicated servers must adhere to the above policies. The failure to meet or follow any of the above guidelines are grounds for account deactivation. We reserve the right to remove any account without prior notice.
Software Distribution
Hostripples's shared Web Hosting accounts are not to be used for the purposes of distributing software and multimedia products. If you wish to distribute software and/or multimedia files, please contact sales@Hostripples.com for a special arrangement.
Multimedia Files
Multimedia files are defined as any graphics, audio, and video files. Hostripples's Web Hosting accounts are not to be used for the purposes of distributing and storing unusual amount of multimedia files. Any Web site whose disk space usage for storing the multimedia files exceed 70% of its total usage, either in terms of total size or number of files, will be deemed to be using unusual amount of multimedia files.
Domain Names
Hostripples will take necessary steps to register domain names on behalf of the client when requested. However, clients are responsible for renewing their domain names. Hostripples does not take responsibility for failing to renew domain names. If your domain name was registered via our company, you must check and take appropriate actions to renew a domain that is about to expire. We do not handle renewals unless specifically asked for by sending a ticket to our helpdesk.
Actions Taken by Hostripples
The failure by a customer to meet or follow any of the above policies/terms is grounds for account deactivation. Hostripples will be the sole arbiter as to what constitutes a violation of the AUP. Hostripples reserves the right to remove any account without prior notice. When Hostripples becomes aware of an alleged violation of its AUP, Hostripples will initiate an investigation. During the investigation, Hostripples may restrict a customer's access in order to prevent further potentially unauthorized activity. Depending on the severity of the violation, Hostripples may, at its sole discretion, restrict, suspend, or terminate a customer's web hosting account and/or pursue other civil remedies. If such violation is a criminal offense, Hostripples will notify the appropriate law enforcement authorities of such violation. Hostripples does not issue credits for outages incurred through service disablement resulting from AUP violations. Hostripples customers agree to indemnify and hold harmless Hostripples from any claims resulting from the use of our services that damages them or any other party. The Hostripples service is provided on an as is, as available basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including, but not limited to, warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose or non-infringement. Hostripples expressly disclaims any representation or warranty that the Hostripples service will be error-free, secure or uninterrupted. No oral advice or written information given by Hostripples, its employees, licensors or the like, will create a warranty; nor may you rely on any such information or advice. Hostripples and its partners and suppliers will not be liable for any cost or damage arising either directly or indirectly from any transaction or use of the service.
Modification
Hostripples reserves the right to add, delete, or modify any provision of this Policy at any time without notice.
Refusal Of Service
We reserve the right to refuse, cancel, or suspend service at our sole discretion within human reason.
Hostripples - Complaints Procedure

Hostripples Refund Policy
Hostripples Hosting
All payments to Hostripples are non refundable (unless covered by 30 day Money Back Guarantee). This includes any setup fees and monthly fees regardless of usage. All billing disputes must be reported within 15 days of the time the dispute occurred. Disputed charges to your credit card issuer, also known as charge backs, in Hostripples's discretion which is valid, under the terms and conditions of our SLA, AUP, and TOS, will result in service interruption, and reconnection fees to restore the desired service. The Customer represents and warrants that, if an individual, Customer is at least 18 years old and otherwise legally competent in all respects to, or, if an entity, Customer is a corporation, limited liability company, partnership, or other legal entity duly formed and in good standing, as applicable, and possesses all legal authority and power to accept and be bound by these Terms. Further, Customer represents and warrants all information provided by Customer to Hostripples has been and is complete, accurate, and current, and that Customer shall continue to provide complete, accurate and current information to Hostripples in connection with all registration or renewal processes and further agrees to update all such information as necessary to maintain complete, accurate and current information. Although customers of paid services offered through Hostripples must be at least 18 years of age and otherwise legally competent to accept and be legally bound by these Terms, a parent or legal guardian of a minor may obtain an account on the minor's behalf. By doing so, consents to such minor's use of the Services. Subscribing parents and legal guardians each for herself or himself, as applicable, accept and agree to be legally bound by these Terms, and assume full responsibility and liability associated with any failure of compliance with the Terms in connection with said minor's use of any of the Services.
Adult Content
The Provider does not accept anonymous Customers. All Customer information must be complete, accurate, and current. Customers that deliberately provide false name and/or address information will find their accounts terminated immediately. No refund will be provided.
The Provider is entitled to ask for a scanned or photographed official identification document that is issued by the Customer's government and certifies Customer's identify and/or a utility bill issued in the Customer's name. This may be requested by the Provider in order to perform fraud and security checks.
The Customer is fully responsible for securing his hosting account and ensuring that this agreement is not broken by any third party with or without his knowledge or consent. Hostripples offers a 7 (seven)-day-money-back guarantee for new hosting account registrations. Refunds are not offered for domain registration, software licenses, or bandwidth over usage costs.
The seven-day-money-back guarantee applies for the first VPS and you may ask for a refund just once. If you already received a refund on the seven-day-money-back policy you will not receive a refund on subsequent orders.
If the hosting service has been used for sending bulk email and/or if our Terms and conditions have been violated, no refund will be provided. Customers must submit a ticket to the billing department requesting a refund within the first seven days after order.
Notes:
Our money back guarantee does not apply to purchases of Domain Names or SSL certificates, once purchased we cannot cancel them.
Regarding the fraud case or unauthorised payment account cannot be cancelled under refund policy unless its proven by the affected party.

Credits shall not be provided to you in the event that you have no website Availability resulting from (i) Scheduled maintenance, (ii) Your behavior or the performance or failure of your equipment, facilities or applications, or (iii) Circumstances beyond Hostripples's reasonable control, including, without limitation, acts of any governmental body, war, insurrection, sabotage, embargo, fire, flood, strike or other labor disturbance, interruption of or delay in transportation, unavailability of interruption or delay in telecommunications or third party services (including DNS propagation), failure of third party software or hardware or inability to obtain raw materials, supplies, or power used in or equipment needed for provision of your website.
There might come a time when you cannot access your website or any other service. This is not necessarily due to Hostripples. Perhaps your ISP is experiencing technical difficulties, or there might be a routing problem between your ISP and Hostripples, making communication difficult or impossible. We cannot bear the responsibility of such problems. Our monitoring agents determine the uptime of our service, and not any one client's experience.

Refund Policies:
- policy is applicable on shared web hosting and reseller hosting only within 30 days from the time of sign up.
- Refund policy is not applicable on these products that are VPS web hosting, dedicated web hosting, SSL Certificate, domain, registration and domain transfer. This is neither refundable nor transferable.

If refund process of xyz service is activated then same customer can’t ask for the refund of abc service.
Late Fee:
- During renewal period, if customer fails to pay or renew the account on or before time then late fee will be charged.
- Late fee will not be reverted or cancelled.

If you’re engaged in any of the foregoing activities using the service of another ISP or IPP, but running activities via Hostripples server as a maildrop for responses, you’ve broken the rule. For any website, we allow using high amount of server resources. If extra resources are used for dedicated server / semi dedicated server as per the need or reducing the resource as per the mentioned limit. Hostripples will be the prime authority to decide what constitutes a violation of this provision.
Chat Rooms
Hostripples does not support chat room software. You have to consider dedicated server to access the chat room efficiently.
Background Running Programs
Hostripples doesn’t entertain the background activity such as IRC bots; eggdrop; BitchX; XiRCON; and any other program that interferes with normal server operation. IRC hostripples don’t entertain the IRC or IRC bots to be access on the servers.
Backups
Hostripples is not responsible for backup of data or any applications working on Hosting space provided to customer. Customer itself has to make sure they have the required backup (all associated data with hosting like email/web/database/logs) at their personal level and o depend on hosting provider. Backup option is provided by hosting provider under each panel of hosting which customer can use to backup and restore data. If you using VPS/Dedicated/Cloud/Bussiness email/ services then its customers responsibilities to configure and maintain the same. On share server we take weekly backup of accounts under 10GB in size but this backup setup is not guaranteed and customer should not relay on this backup setup as sometime we need to stop/skip backups due to maintenance activity on server.
Client Responsibility
The customer is responsible for all the activities taking place from the account unless anything happened to the customer’s account via hacking or address forgery. The customer is liable to protect the username/password. A customer can allow all types of links from a third party on their website. Hence, using a Hostripples service requires a certain level of knowledge that varies depending on the anticipated use and desired content on the internet by the customer.
Further, it’s the responsibility of customers to have proper knowledge of the programming language or Cpanel – control panel and its features. Hostripples doesn’t offer a platform where customers will get knowledge about programming language or cPanel. As hostripples is limited to providing web space and its related services mentioned on the website.
Server Abuse
We strictly prohibit any act or activities that will harm the working of Hostripples server or customer. All sub networks of Hostripples and dedicated servers must adhere to the above-mentioned restrictions. If anyone fails to meet the guidelines then this leads to deactivation of the account. Hostripples holds the right to remove any account without informing the customers.
Software Distribution
Hostripples shared web hosting accounts do not allow using of distribution software and multimedia products. If you’re willing to distribute software or multimedia files then reach us at sales@hostripples.com for customized plans.

Multimedia files consist of graphics, audio, and video files. Hostripples do not allow using web hosting accounts for distributing and storing an unusual amount of multimedia files. If a website’s disk space is utilized for storing multimedia files then its size increases to 70% which leads to using an unusual amount of multimedia files.
Domain Registration & Renewal
After registering a domain, the customer will receive an email and it’s compulsory to verify the email. If the email is not verified then the upper authority will suspend the registered domain. In short, this entire process is the customer’s responsibility only.
Domain Renewal
- It is the prime duty of the customer to renew the domain on or before the renewal date of the domain.
- If necessary, action for renewal is not taken then the domain will fall under the redemption period and that will cost you higher renewal charges for the same domain.
